It has been a year now and my wife, Robin and I can’t tell you enough how much we have enjoyed using our newly remodeled kitchen. We were disagreeing on what needed to be done and I’ll give my wife a lot of credit for reaching out to Duane Van Arsdale, owner of D. K. Van Arsdale Construction, Inc.

Duane presented us with a plan that made total sense. He looked at our house, what we currently had, and presented us with a modern, functional kitchen. His plan was down to earth, attractive, but most of all he kept working with us through all the little changes that seem to happen during these types of projects. We are still getting rave reviews from our guests even after a full year has gone by. It is the most popular room in our home.

We can’t thank Duane enough for his staff; their work and professionalism. It is obvious that he has molded great relationships across Billings seen by the way he worked with his contractors and their willingness to get the job done right. We would recommend Duane Van Arsdale along with Kitchens Plus owned by Mike Meyers to anyone thinking about a kitchen remodeling project.

I have known “Spinner” since 1984, professionally & personally, when we met during a 13 million dollar remodel project at a shopping center I managed. His work has always been very professional & well done. My husband and I have used VanArsdale Construction on numerous new construction and remodeling jobs; most recently he remolded a bathroom for us. I CHECKED OUT THREE BIDS FOR SAWFIT AND FACIA. IWENT WITH VANARSDALE CONST. THEY DID AN EXCELENT JOB, THEY ALSO JACKED UP MY SAGGING GARAGE ROOF AND PLACED A BEAM, PROBLEM SOLVED. THE NEXTED YEAR I HAD THEM BACK FOR SIDEWALK, PORCH AND DECK AND A NEW ROOF, FANTASTIC. I MADE MANY CHANGES DURNING THE PROJECT AND IT DIDN’T SEEM TO DRIVE MR. VANARSDALE CRAZY. HE SAID YOUR THE ONE SPENDING THE MONEY YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR WAY. I’AM HAVEING THEM BUILD ME A SUN ROOM SOMETIME IN 2012 and looking forward to seeing them back . GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT CREW.

Duane and his team at VanArsdale construction have always been great to work with. They come in get the job done, clean up after themselves, and always come in on budget. I can’t say enough about the expertise, patience and care you and your crew took on every aspect of the job. The walk-out basement, the balconies, the wrap around deck, the walk-in closets, the roof and the rustic wooden floors were all amazing! The craftsmanship in the woodworking throughout, was second to none!
I also appreciate all the extra effort it took just to get all the trucks, materials and crew up and down the Beartooth Mountains, not to mention the snow, wind, rain, hail, thunder and lightning. The job was still finished early and the sun began to shine!

We’ve enlisted the services of Van Arsdale Construction for a kitchen-dining
room remodel and the shingling of our roof. In addition to being pleased with
the quality of the crew work for both jobs, we were struck by how organized
the work schedules were laid out and the thoroughness of the clean-up.

VanArsdale Contsruction did a great job for me. Staring with an empty lot, Duane led me through the process of building my new dental office. The office is over 4000sq.ft. and has 2 levels on what was a very sloped lot. From the parking lot to the plumbers, Duane has a very loyal and skilled set of subcontractors that allowed my building to be completed on time and never went over budget. I have since used him with several home remodel projects with the same great results. I highly recommend VanArsdale construction.

We have been very pleased with the work performed at our residence by Van Arsdale Construction, including emergency repairs and long term restoration and remodeling projects. Duane provides quick estimates, keeps on budget and follows up after the job is done. A few years ago when we were doing some kitchen and dining room remodeling we hired DK VanArsdale Construction to open up the wall between the two rooms. We were very pleased with he and his crew’s workmanship and timeliness. He was professional and we were confident in our choice of contractors. The heavy rains of May 2011 created quite a mess in my basement. Not only was I faced with finding the source of the incoming water and replacing the floors, but I had company arriving early July and wondered if the basement would be ready. Having Duane and his crew from Van Arsdale Construction put my mind at ease. They had literally just finished a remodel of my basement bathroom the day before the rains hit; so, I called Duane with my somewhat frantic “Help!”
Not only did Duane finish the project before my company arrived he fit in some other tasks like putting in a new garbage disposal and replacing siding on my house (leftover from the hailstorm of 2010!) I don’t know what I’ve had done without his help. Integrity, dependability and accountability – these describe the characteristics of him personally and his company. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Duane Van Arsdale (Van Arsdale Construction) has bid and completed numerous projects for me over the past 25 years – personal as well as business projects. I am the General Manager for 38 Pizza Hut Restaurants in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. Over the years, Duane has designed and built delivery restaurants, designed and built building & dining room additions and done complete restaurant remodels – both large and small remodel projects in all 3 states. He has also completed remodels on both my houses – the second and current home we live in was built by Van Arsdale Construction in 1996 in Park City, MT.

Van Arsdale Construction has provided assistance for remodeling and repair of our properties.  Work was performed in a timely manner and the costs were very reasonable.  Two of the projects were bathroom remodels and the final product was very pleasing to the eye and functional.  We also had some water damage repaired due to last year’s flooding.  Sheetrock and floorboards were replaced and the area was repainted.  Once again the work was completed in a timely manner and the response to our request was also very timely.

Last fall VanArsdale Construction did three projects on our house: they built a beautiful new porch, added a dormer, and redid the entire roof. We’re thrilled with the quality of the work, and with Duane and his team’s integrity and professionalism. They regularly notified us on their progress and timelines, kept the construction area as clean as possible, and were very considerate of our neighbors. Duane answered all of our questions throughout the work. He gave us several options for materials and design, and readily incorporated changes. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final products. We have two construction projects in mind for the coming year and know that VanArsdale is the only contractor we’ll call. We recommend Duane and his team without reservation.
